Researched and tested specifically for use on flat roofs, the new line of AES Raptor mobile safety carts provide worker safety as well as easy access to electric power, compressed air or an additional job box without having to unhook from the system. These features make the AES Raptor an all inclusive system allowing two workers to work safely and save valuable time.
The AES Raptor has been extensively tested for compliance with OSHA Regulation 1926.502(d) regarding Fall Arrest Anchors. If a fall were to occur when a worker’s safety equipment is attached to the AES Raptor, the patent-pending Roof Safety Engagement Device will drive the teeth of the engagement plate into the roof system. This creates a solid anchor of sufficient strength to withstand twice the potential impact of a worker free-falling six feet.
