What is covered?
This manufacturer’s limited warranty covers any defect in workmanship or materials.
How long does the coverage last?
The warranty lasts one year from the date of delivery.
What will AES Raptor do?
AES Raptor, LLC will repair or replace any part that was determined to be defective or incorrectly manufactured.
What does this warranty NOT cover?
Damage from fork-lifts, hoists, and other equipment is not covered. Damage to the tires (e.g., nails, pieces of metal, glass, chemicals, etc.) is not covered. Damage from acts of God (e.g., wind, storms) is not covered. In no event shall AES Raptor, LLC be responsible for damages resulting from loss of use or other indirect, incidental, consequential or special costs, expenses or damages incurred by the purchaser, notwithstanding that AES Raptor, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE THE PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED.
The above limitations or exclusions may not apply in all states. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary between states.
